Shure Beta 52A Microphone

The Shure Beta 52A is a high output dynamic microphone that features a modified supercardioid pattern throughout its frequency range to ensure high gain before feedback and rejection of unwanted sound. With a tailored frequency response designed for kick drums and bass instruments, the Beta 52A provides excellent attack and "punch" with studio quality sound even at high sound pressure levels.

The 52A also contains a built-in dynamic locking stand adapter with an integral XLR connector to simplify installation. The stand adapter keeps the mic position fixed and resists slipping. The Beta 52A also contains a hardened mesh grille that protects it from abuse and wear often associated with touring.
