Rane ME 60 Equalizer
The Rane ME 60 is a 2-channel, 1/3-octave constant-Q micrographic equalizer.
- 2 x 30 bands of constant-Q filters
- 12 dB boost/cut range; 20 mm sliders
- Sweepable high and low cut filters, level controls, and bypass switches
- Balanced XLR, RCA. and 1/4" TRS connectors
The Rane ME 60 utilizes compact 20 mm sliders. Two adjustable band-limiting filters add to each Channels' versatility. The Low Cut filter has a range from 10 Hz to 250 Hz, and the High Cut filter sweeps from 3 kHz to 40 kHz, rolling off unwanted frequencies at both ends of the spectrum.
Front panel controls and indicators, aside from the sliders, include an overall Level control for each Channel as well as Overload indicators and passive Bypass switches. The rear of the unit provides 1/4" Tip-Ring-Sleeve, RCA phono jacks, and XLR connectors for each of the Inputs and Outputs. The Inputs and Outputs are fully actively balanced. Unbalanced sources may be connected through the use of either mono 1/4" TS connectors or by tying the ring to the sleeve on 1/4" TRS plugs.
